Beside some politically motivated guidelines, there is no restriction on the appropriate use of words in a signboard of a business in Malaysia.

Building's Name vs Tenant's Name
Sometimes you may also notice that the names of certain tall buildings appear obscure as compared to the prominent signboards of anchor tenants.
The owners of the buildings have to allow this in order to retain the anchor tenants.
Therefore if you know the name of a building but can not find it although you follow the directions given in the map,
for all you know you could be standing right in front of it and did not realize it.Look again closely, search for small signage this time.The huge signboard you are looking at could be the name of the anchor tenant of this building and not the name of the building.
