This is a detailed map of Segama Commercial Center (KK City).It is adjacent to the Sinsuran Commercial Center/Bank Negara and KK Plaza/Central Post Office on the south, Regency Hyatt Hotel/Wisma Merdeka on the north , water front on the right and Millimewa Superstore on the left.

Segama Commercial Center is like an extension of Sisuran Commercial Center, and is also on the water front and very accessable from nearby islands like Gaya,Mamutik,Manukan by speedboats and perahu (sampan). The central wet market is located here, where fishing boats and trawlers returning from sea with their catch park next to the central market in the evenings or at the wee hours of the mornings. It therefore smells as if you are walking inside the fish market if you pass by here. Not long ago there are numerous jettys put up by the various tour operators lining the sea front to cater for their own ferries and speedboats. The authorithy found it an eye sore and demolished all of them except the one owned by Sabah Parks.Now all the ferries and speeboats are serviced by the new jetty - Jesselton Point, further down the road.
Customer base of Segama is very similar to that of Sinsuran but with more local customers here, maybe it is closer to the heart of the business activities and banking area, and security is therefore tighter.
