This is a detailed map of Sinsuran Commercial Center (KK City).It is adjacent to Center Poin Sabah on the south, Bank Negara (Sabah Branch) on the north , water front on the right and Kampung Ayer on the left.

Sinsuran is on the water front very accessable from nearby islands like Gaya,Mamutik,Manukan by speedboats and perahu (sampan). The Filipino hand crafts market, salted fish market, filipino fruits market and the central wet market are all located here. Therefore it is not surprising to see that this area is the center of activities for immigrants (legal as well as illegal ones).This is also the venue of the open-air night market (pasar malam), filipino style, which opens at 6:00-10:00pm daily. Look for bargains here at night if you are brave!
